Let me just give you a brief introduction on parasites.
Parasites are organisms that live off other organisms by sucking out their life juices. They can live inside or with another mother organism.
Believe it or not our bodies can accommodate 100 plus different types of parasites. Here are some of the places that can get affected by parasitic invasion upper arms, skin, muscles, liver, genitals, hands, feet, respiratory tract, digestive tract, diaphragm, chest, buttocks, blood and the abdomen.
Do not be lulled into a false sense of security, by thinking that parasitic infection is only found in poor countries or "third world" countries. According to a study done by WHO, 25% of the global population suffers from chronic intestinal infections due to parasitic attacks.
Some Common Symptoms of Parasite Infection
Diarrhea
Protozoa: causes an infection that leads to diarrhea. You will suffer frequent watery stools which occur as a result of chloride and sodium loss caused by specific parasites like protozoa (primarily).
Irritable bowel syndrome
The walls of the intestinal cells can be coated by parasites and the parasites cause inflammation or irritation of these cells. This results in a tendancy to suffer from different types of GI symptoms. Your body becomes unable to properly absorb fatty substances, especially vital nutrients. As a result you get steatorrhea or feces infected with excess fat and bulky stools.
Bloating and gas
Parasites living in the upper portions of the small intestines causes inflammation which results in bloating and gas. Hard to digest food particles, like veggies, raw fruits and beans, can magnify the problems of gas and bloating. It is important to rid yourself of these parasites as this situation can persist for years and years and can become very embarrassing.
Skin problems
Protozoa infection can cause skin problems like itchy dermatitis, popular lesions, sores and swellings, cutaneous ulcers. Intestinal worms cans also cause skin reactions, like weeping eczema, rashes and hives.
Anemia
These pesky worms are very smart in their survival insticts. They will and do leach nutrients from your body to feed themselves. They love to attatch themselves to the intestinal mucosal linings and if sufficient enough in number will cause blood loss that will cause lead to pernicious anemia or iron deficiency.
Other symptoms of parsite infection are; Immunity dysfunctions, chronic fatigue, faulty memory, impaired concentration, depression, apathy, flu like complaints, tiredness, malabsorption of nutrients, malnutrition.
When your body is suffering from parasitic invasion, you cannot properly absorb vitamins B 12 and A, fats, carbohydrates and proteins.
Cancer patients all display signs of parasitic infection, as do, heart diseases, migraines, acne, epilepsy, diabetes, asthma, bad breath, a bitter taste in the mouth, excessive weight loss, excessive hunger, weight gain etc.
