The fact of the matter is however is that most of us are suffering from dehydration and have been for most of our lives. Drinking sugary drinks, fizzy pop, coffee and colas cannot be counted towards your daily water intake. In fact these drinks will cause your liver and kidneys to become stresssed from over work. Once dehydration has taken hold of your body, it throws it out of balance and when that happens, yeast infections and other problems easily occur.
One of the first things you can do when you are suffering from a yeast infection is to increase your intake of fresh water daily. It is not enough to simply drink a little bit more water, you need to ensure your body is hydrated to its fullest extent. To do this means drinking half of your body weight in ounces of water, everyday. You will aso need to add a little bit of sea salt to the water to make sure the water stays in your body long enough to re hydrate it effectivly.
Initially you will take more loo breaks this is why it is important to pop some sea salt in the water to allow the water stay in your body long enough to hydrate your cells and tissues. The first thing you will notice after that is a better sense of well being. Suprisingly a lot of your small aches and pains will dissapear. After about a week of drinking this amount of water you will notice bigger differences in your body. Your skin will improve, and as balance returns to your body, the yeast infections? Well they dissapear too.
