I have compiled a list of 4 foods that you can use to fight yeast infection in your body and get in under control.
1. Yogurt - One of the most important foods you can eat if you are having problems with yeast infections. The yogurt available at your local store is probably not the one you should be looking at and might actually make matters worse. It is important to understant that yeast loves sugar, so normal jogurts are not going to be doing you any good. Use natural yogurts or make your own and eat it everyday. For istant relief you can apply it daily to the area or dip a tampon in it and insert it for about 20 minutes or so. You will be encouraging your body to promote good bacteria growth in your body so your body will naturally combat the yeast.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar - This is one of the most usefull items that you can use on a regular basis in order to improve your general overall health. The wonderful thing about apple cider is that it can be used topically but not for yeast infection. Mix about 2 tablespoons with a large glass of water before drinking. Do not take it directly always mix it in water and you will find that your general health and well being will improve.
3. Garlic - The wonder food anti bacterial, anti fungal and keeps vampires away! Seriously though garlic is the perfect food for ridding your self of yeast. You should eat garlic everyday cooked or raw. However raw is the prefered method. For instant relief you can try inserting a tab of garlic again for about 20 minutes or so.
4. Water - Stricktly speaking not a food but an essential element of our diets. Most of us do not drink enough water and I cannot spend too much time telling you how wonderful water can be for you. Dehydration is a major cause of yeast infection and you can reverse the process in order to cure the problem from the inside out. Make sure you are drinking about 10 glasses or pure water every day. Not only will your skin, hair and nails thank you for it but insides will too.
